Patsy’s is a vegetarian wine bar brought to life by the team behind Mornington Peninsula favourites Bistro Elba and Donna Maria. Located within a 1930s Spanish Mission–style building, just moments from Queen Victoria Market, the venue blends heritage character with a refined, contemporary hospitality experience in the heart of Melbourne.

As part of the interior fit-out, Mortadello Terrazzo was approached by co-owner Matthew Guthrie to design and manufacture 20 custom terrazzo dining tables. The tables selected were Mortadello Terrazzo’s signature ‘4 Pin’ design, chosen for its elegant proportions, durability, and suitability for high-traffic hospitality environments.

Each table was crafted to complement the venue’s moody, layered interior palette, balancing the building’s historic architectural features with a modern material expression. The terrazzo surfaces introduce subtle texture and visual rhythm throughout the space, contributing to an atmosphere that feels both intimate and enduring.

Designed specifically for commercial use, the custom terrazzo tables deliver long-term performance while acting as a unifying design element across the venue. This collaboration highlights Mortadello Terrazzo’s ability to translate bespoke terrazzo craftsmanship into hospitality settings where aesthetics, function, and longevity are equally essential.
